PLEASE NOTE: As per the South Africa’s Immigration Act of 2012. All GUESTS will be required to provide proof of identification (photo identity document / passport) upon check in.

1. RATES:
1.1 The rates quoted are in South African Rand and includes VAT and Tourism Levy.
1.2 Rates are quoted on per room basis unless otherwise indicated
1.3 Rates quoted are only commissionable to agents, terms and conditions apply.
1.4 Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

2. RESERVATIONS:
2.1 Reservations will only be confirmed with 50% prepayment/Order/approved credit facility.
Children Policy:
An infant of five and younger, sharing the same room with his/her parents will be accommodated for free. (We have extra single beds or mattress, issued on first
come first serve basis.)
Parents making use of the separate other room for their infants of twelve and younger will be charged 70% of the standard room rate

3. ROOMING LISTS – GROUPS:
3.1. Thirty (30) days prior to a group’s arrival, a preliminary rooming list of the rooms is required for the group and an option on rooms to be kept.
3.2. Fifteen (15) days prior to a group’s arrival, a final rooming list to be sent to Kgaswane Country Lodge and rooms not required are to be released without any cancellation charges
3.3. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned terms may result in unconditional cancellation of the reservation.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY:
4.1. Individual bookings cancelled or amended 5 to 3 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total accommodation amount.
4.2. Individual bookings cancelled or amended 2 to 0 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total accommodation amount.
4.3. Group bookings cancelled or amended 28 to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 60% of total accommodation amount.
4.4. Group bookings cancelled or amended 20 to 13 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to75% of total accommodation amount
4.5. Group bookings cancelled or amended 12 to 0 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total accommodation amount.
4.6 Group booking cancelled or amended during occupancy will not be refundable unless a formal notice of at least 14 working days is served, only maximum of 10 days is refundable.

5. PAYMENT:
5.1. 50% deposit required to confirm/reserve booking.
5.2. Deposits must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date. (Or as arranged)
5.3. Please use your Quotation Number as reference for EFT payments
5.4. The balance payable on arrival.
Failure to comply with the terms of payment will result in Kgaswane Country Lodge having the right to cancel and/or amend any reservation and It will not be held responsible for any loss or consequential loss resulting from the afore-going.
